Why did my tier reset at the start of the month?
All users reset to Tier 2 at the beginning of each month. Your cashback rate for the new month is based on the tier you reached at the end of the previous month. If you maintain Tier 5 for three consecutive months to become eligible for a VIP status upgrade.

How do I update my address?
Please email support@edgemarkets.io with proof of your address change.

Where can I use the EDGE Boost VISA debit card?
The EDGE Boost card can be used at US based, licensed sportsbooks, horse racing platforms, iGaming (iCasino) websites, daily fantasy sports sites, sweepstakes websites, and authorized brick-and-mortar casinos that accept VISA debit cards. It is not valid for offshore or foreign transactions.

How do I manage email notifications?
Go to your profile, select My Account, and adjust your Notification Preferences.

How do I close my account?
Contact support@edgemarkets.io to initiate account closure; requests process within 48 hours.

Can I use Apple Pay or Samsung Pay?
The EDGE card can be used to connect to mobile wallet services.

Can I use the card for crypto purchases?
Currently, the EDGE card cannot be used for any crypto transactions. 

Our crypto conversion is not yet live. I apologize for the confusion. We will let all users know once that new feature has gone live.
 

Can I have the account number and routing number for the EDGE Card?  
Our product is the EDGE Card. We do not provide that information.

How can I get my monthly statement?                                                                                                               

Does EDGE issue 1099-K tax forms?                                                                                                                          No, there are no taxes on card rewards.
