How do I make a deposit?
Click on "Deposit" from the home screen in your account and follow the prompts.
What deposit methods are available?
Bank deposits are processed only during Eastern banking hours, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Deposits made after Eastern banking hours on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
How long does it take to process a deposit?
Bank deposits could take up to 72 hours to process during Eastern Time banking hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). For Tier 3 and above users, deposits typically clear within a few hours on regular business days. Deposits made after Eastern banking hours on Friday will not clear until the following week.
Why is my deposit to EDGE Boost not work?
If the deposit button is grayed out, it’s likely because your bank does not support real-time balance checks. Capital One is a common example of a bank that lacks this feature. To proceed, you can either link a different bank account. We anticipate introducing an alternative deposit option for banks without real-time balance checks in the coming months.
How do I get my money out of my EDGE account?
From the "Home" screen, select "Withdraw", choose a connected bank account, enter the amount, and confirm.
How long does it take to withdraw funds back to my bank account?
Withdrawals typically take 1–2 hours during East Coast banking hours on regular business days but may take up to 24 hours. Please note that withdrawals are not processed on weekends or holidays.
